Terms and Conditions

RanKing is an online entertainment platform offering a global ranking based on virtual coin purchases. This document constitutes the Terms and Conditions (T&C) of the service accessible at ranking-leaderboard.com.

Use of the service implies full acceptance of these T&C. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

RanKing is a purely entertainment service. Purchasing coins does not confer any goods, services, material advantages, real rights, or economic consideration of any kind.

Coins are virtual units with no monetary value, non-convertible to money, non-exchangeable, and strictly limited to the ranking functionality within RanKing.

The rank obtained confers only increased visibility within the platform (message, image, position in the ranking). It does not constitute a title, diploma, reward, or official recognition.

The service is reserved for adult individuals (18 years or older) with full legal capacity.

By purchasing coins, you declare and warrant that you meet the required age and have the legal capacity to make this purchase.

RanKing reserves the right to request proof of identity or age and to suspend any account whose compliance is not established.

The purchase price is 1 euro = 1 coin. Amounts are expressed in euros including tax. Payments are processed by Stripe, a secure payment service provider. RanKing does not store your card details at any time.

Any validated transaction is final and non-refundable, except as required by law. The purchase of coins is a purchase of digital content whose execution begins immediately after payment confirmation, which you expressly consent to by proceeding with the payment.

In accordance with consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose provision has begun with your prior agreement.

You may display a message and image on your public profile. By submitting this content, you declare and warrant:

• That you are the author or hold all necessary rights to distribute this content.
• That the content contains nothing illegal, obscene, defamatory, hateful, threatening, or infringing on third-party rights.
• That the content does not violate image rights, copyright, or any other intellectual property rights.
• That the content does not promote illegal activities, violence, or discrimination.
• That the content does not constitute misleading advertising or spam.

RanKing reserves the right to remove any content without notice and without refund if it does not comply with these conditions or applicable laws.

In the event of a violation of these T&C, RanKing reserves the right to:

• Immediately remove the offending content.
• Temporarily suspend or permanently ban the account, without refund of coins.
• Report the content to the competent authorities if it is likely to constitute a criminal offence.

Any attempt to manipulate the ranking, commit payment fraud, or misuse the service will result in a permanent ban and may be subject to legal proceedings.

RanKing collects and processes your personal data (email address, username, purchase history) in the context of providing the service, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your data is never sold to third parties. It is retained for the duration of your use of the service and up to 3 years after the deletion of your account.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@ranking-leaderboard.com.

RanKing is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the service. RanKing cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

The ranking may change at any time based on other users' purchases. RanKing does not guarantee the maintenance of a position in the ranking.

RanKing reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Modifications take effect upon their publication on this page. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These T&C are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal proceedings. Failing an agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of RanKing's registered office.
